Equipment operation process:
First set the actual length to be welded on the touch display. The length set on the touch display and the actual motor travel length have an error of 0.2MM. Step on the foot switch, and the straight seam welding spindle is lowered to the welding position and positioned.
Manually install the left side of the workpiece first, requiring the workpiece to be close to the middle positioning pin of the spindle before and after. After visual inspection, step on the foot switch and press the left pressure plate of the workpiece down to tighten it.
After visual inspection, step on the foot switch, press the right pressure plate down to tighten the workpiece, and then check again for gaps and other problems. After the workpiece is installed, press the welding start button, and the servo motor drives the ball screw to move forward and weld at the speed set in the touch display. After reaching the required welding length, the argon arc welding machine stops working, the servo motor transmission quickly resets, and the left and right workpiece clamping cylinders reset at the same time, and the welding spindle resets upward. Remove the workpiece and weld the next workpiece in turn.
