Next, let's look at the on-site plate rolling and debugging process. The customer first performs laser cutting. We input the plate thickness and radius into the CNC system. The system automatically calculates the rolling program. Place the plate between the rollers and adjust the distance between the rollers. Press the start button, and the system confirms the material. 1. Material Alignment Raise the left roller of the plate rolling machine to the calculated position, feed the plate into the opening between the upper and lower rollers of the plate rolling machine and align it with the left roller. The lower roller rises, clamping the plate, and material alignment is complete. 2. Pre-bending After the plate is aligned, the left roller descends to the zero position, and the plate moves backward to a position equidistant from the vertical center of the upper and lower rollers. The right roller rises to perform end pre-bending. 3. Rolling After pre-bending, the right roller descends, the plate moves forward, and the left roller rises. After continuous rolling, when the tail end of the plate reaches the center of the right roller, the rolling stops, and end pre-bending is performed. 4. End Pre-bending Raise the left roller and continue rolling until the end of the plate reaches the vertical center line of the lower roller, completing the end pre-bending. 5. Sealing The left roller descends to the calculated data. Then the right roller rises to the calculated data, the upper and lower rollers reverse drive, and the plate moves backward to the center of the left roller and stops, completing the final rolling.
