Horizontal lifting straight seam automatic welding machine is a high-quality, efficient, no deformation to complete the wall thickness of 0.6mm -4mm cylinder, flat plate butt joint longitudinal seam welding of general automatic welding equipment. It can be used for high-quality welding of carbon steel, cold galvanized, stainless steel, and other materials, and can be selected as a set of argon arc welding (with or without wire), fusion electrode gas TIG welding power source, and longitudinal seam automatic welding system.
The spindle is machined in one piece, with built-in copper bar and split all-copper pressure plate. The main beam up and down electric lift, suitable for pipe fittings size adjustment, reduce manpower, improve loading speed, double linear guide rail slider, load-bearing capacity is stronger; welding torch lifting and lowering pneumatic lifting, cantilever lifting and lowering electric lifting, the host control system adopts PLC control, running and working stably, high reliability performance;

Structure Configuration

Because of the traditional needle positioning, easy to come out of the needle breakage and needle jamming, we abandon the traditional needle positioning, the use of new external positioning device, whether it is precision, practical aspects or durability are greatly improved.
Spindle mechanism
Good external positioning method makes the equipment applicable to the smallest specification can be achieved φ110, the spindle procurement 45 steel, copper inlaid in the spindle, and then integrated processing, to ensure the steel of the spindle; spindle with air and water-cooled takeover, welding quality is better, and to eliminate the high temperature of the welding of the copper damage.
